American workers are taking advantage of the optimistic changes in the United States. With low unemployment rates, many employees are looking for new jobs. In a recent survey of more than 34,000 exit interviews by employees, it was discovered that money isn’t the only reason that people leave their jobs in the USA.
Some of the other reasons include well-being (9 percent), benefits and compensation (9 percent), behavior of upper management (11 percent), balance of work and life (12 percent), and career development (22 percent). Many U.S. employers have cut back on salary raises, benefits, and opportunities, but that will need to change. USAFIS, a private immigration service for foreign nationals moving to America, reports that it’s a great time to find work in the United States.
